I: Registration

a) You may not register more than one account.
b) Keep in mind that if you decide to include clan tags in you're name that we won't be changing it everytime you decide to switch clans
c) Your username must be appropriate.
d) Your username must ONLY contain alpha-numerical characters, tildes, hyphens, underscores, parentheses, and square brackets.
e) Note that all registrations are moderated, so it may take up to 3 days before you can post. Please wait this time before messaging an administrator. If you new account was denied and you feel this was in error, respond to the email and the matter will be looked into. These are the most common reasons for us denying your account:

-Your IP is nearly identicle to someone who is banned.
-You already have an account.
-Username doesn't follow the guidelines listed here.
-Fake user information.

II: Profiles

a) Keep your profile up to date. This is very important if you are playing in the league.
b) Your profile must follow the follow the Post Content rules below.
c) No fake information, you can choose to hide your email address if you wish.

III: Avatar

a) Your avatar must be appropriate.
b) No using any staff usertitle as your avatar (IE: Admin, Moderator).
c) No using any other usertitle as your avatar (IE: Hacker, Repented).

IV: Signature

a) Total image length must not exceed 515px.
b) Total image height must not exceed 515px.
c) Content must follow POST CONTENT rules below.

I: Behaviour

a) Do not harass or personally attack any of member of the site, with exception of the Whore House.
b) No racial content.
c) Follow ALL the rules listed on this page.

II: Spamming

a) Do not spam. What constitutes as spam?

-Posting the same message mutliple times
-Posting "conversational" messages in threads (use private messages for this).
-Off topic posts
-Posting for the sake of increasing your post count
-Replying to all threads for the sake of replying to all threads.
-Do not Revive old threads unless something worthwhile is added to the topic.
-Self promotional links

III: Prohibited Content

a) Copyrighted material, which includes:

-Requesting of posting CD-Keys for ANY software
-Requesting or posting cracks for ANY software
-Requesting or posting any copyrighted material
-Offering Help or support via PM to any of the previously copyrighted material

b) No graphic material. We consider the following as graphic:

-Full nudity of any kind

c) Do not provide any information relating hack/cheat programs. This includes their names and example replays.
d) You may post news, interviews, etc from other sites as long as you credit the author, and post a link to it; however, if on the article it says otherwise, their rules override ours.
e) Any form of racism.

IV: Forums

a) Search the forums before starting a thread to make sure the topic hasn't been covered already.
b) Post in the appropriate forum.
c) Replay Forum

-Only one thread allowed in the 1v1 section
-Behaviour-related rules may not apply in The Whore House

I: Before Game

a) You must BOTH tell each other your usernames.
b) Check the site or bot for the user, specifically that:

-He's participating in the league
-He is who he says he is
-He's not banned
-He's not a known hacker

c) AdvLoader is not required, but highly recommend for those that can. It will allow us to handle claims more efficiently.

II: In Game

a) No hacking or cheating in any way.
b) You must play on the official SCD12 map for any games to count. (Note that if any game is played on the current league map it will count) c) You must save your own replay.
d) Observers are allowed.
e) When you pause the game, we recommend you type /time and screenshot it for us to properly handle your case if someone was to unpause early and you have a complaint. When you unpause a game, now if the person who unpauses the game wasn't the one who paused it you should also type /time and screenshot it BEFORE you unpause it. If these both aren't done the case cannot be properly handled, but if you /time and screenshot when you pause and the person who unpauses does not the game will be removed most likely.
f) There are no race restrictions.
g) Disconnects will be judged accordingly by SCD staff.

III: After Game

a) You must save the replay.
b) You must report the game within 24 hours of playing it.

I: Behaviour

a) All the rules on this site apply in our channel. Punishments may be transferred between the site and the channel.
b) No non-staff controlled bots.
c) Do not abuse bot privileges.

SCD's administrators and moderators decide your punishment depending on the severity of your offense. Punishments can can range from a warning to a permanent ban to a temporary ban, and all inbetween. While you are banned, all the rules still apply (such as no 2nd accounts). Breaking a rule while you are serving your time will add to your ban time, and possibly lead to a permanent ban.

If you believe you accidentally broke a rule, you should inform a moderator or administrator ASAP and the severity of your punishment may drop dramatically.
